Lunaria - Honesty
Classified as biennial but we treat as a hardy annual, this magical plant has stunning clusters of white or purple blooms which can be cut for the vase. Or leave the flowers to transform into seed pods, and use these fresh...or harvest them and hang to dry. Once the pods are peeled you are left with shimmering pearl-like sheaths, which is where the reference 'silver dollar' plant is coined from.
